| 摘 要： | 摩擦热加工是利用摩擦过程的能量转换原理使材料局部区处于热塑性状态而实现加工的方法，该项技术具有低耗能、无污染、高效率、加工质量好等优点，因而应用前景广泛。本文重点介绍了摩擦搅拌焊、耗材摩擦敷层等被称为是“科学摩擦（Ｓｃｉｅｎｃｅ Ｆｒｉｃｔｉｏｎ）”的先进摩擦焊接技术及摩擦热加工在其他方面的应用。
