基于ADAMS的链斗式输送机动力学分析

摘    要:链斗式输送机普遍应用于矿采、煤炭和水泥等大批量连续松散型物料输送领域.链斗式输送机工作环境恶劣,工作载荷较大和承载零件易磨损等情况都严重降低设备的安全性以及工作寿命.论文通过利用ADAMS分析软件,对云南某公司所生产的SDBF40链斗输送机在上升爬坡过程中的运动情况进行模拟分析,并且对受载荷较大的易损部件进行有限元受力分析与优化,进一步增强了设备的使用寿命.

Abstract:Chain bucket conveyor are widely used in large quantities of loose materials flow field, such as: mining, coal and cement. Chain bucket conveyor has poor working cond/tions, large working loads. The bearing parts are easy to be wore. These problems will reduces the security and working life of equipment. By using the ADAMS, chain bucket conveyor of SDBF40 produced by a company in Yunnan in the process of climbing movement was analyzed. Vulnerable parts of load large finite element stress was analyzed. It can deeply enhance the service life of the equipment.
