煤矿用液压运锚机的设计

摘    要:针对炮掘工艺存在的人工劳动强度大、生产效率低,安全程度低等问题,论文研究了目前炮掘工艺生产工序,开发出了煤矿用液压锚运机,该设备是一台具备独立行走、巷道支护、物料装载和转移等多功能一体化设备,工业性试验证明,设备性能可靠,功能齐全,系统稳定,完全能够满足炮掘工作面的生产需求.此设备的成功研制,大大提高了炮掘工作面机械化作业水平.

Abstract:According to the problems of large labor intensity, low production efficiency and low security during blasting process, the technology of present production process was studied in this paper. A hydraulic bolting-loading machine was developed, which is a multifunctional integrated equipment contained walking, roadway support, material loading and transferring. The industrial test indicates that the machine developed, was characterized by reliable performance, complete functions and stable system. It can fully meet the requirement of blasting, and will greatly improve the operation level of mechanization of coal mining.
