| 摘 要： | 优选索氏提取法提取猪苓多糖.采用苯酚-硫酸法测定总多糖的含量,以浸膏得率及多糖质量分数为考察指标,对索式提取法提取猪苓多糖进行了优化研究.猪苓多糖提取的最佳工艺条件为:猪苓目数30目,加8倍量水,提取8 h,最高水提取率97.99%;醇沉生药:水提液体积比1∶3,加4倍量80%乙醇,最高醇沉率99.63%.

| Abstract: | Soxhlet extraction process is used to extract polysaccharides from polyporus umbellatus.And the content of polysaccharides is determined by using phenol-sulphuric acid method.With the extraction rate and the mass fraction of polysaccharide in extract as the assessment index,the optimization study on the extraction process is implemented.The results indicate that the optimum conditions of polysaccharides extraction are:Grifola umbellata is 30 mesh,8 times volume of water should be added,extracting time is 8h... |
