论伤害记者与加强舆论监督

近年来,新闻记者在履行自己的职能,报道新闻真相时,常常遇到舆论监督的对象恶意阻挠,殴打、非法拘禁新闻记者的事件也是屡有发生。如何才能最大限度的避免或减少新闻记者被打事件的发生,加强新闻舆论监督呢,这也给新闻界提出了一个值得讨论的话题,笔者认为要进一步完善媒体舆论监督的机制,处理好舆论监督与批评报道的关系、舆论监督与舆论引导的关系。同时,新闻记者在采访时也要注意自己的身份,报道要客观、真实、公正,学会用法律保护自己,监督他人,才能在采访中更好的发挥媒体的舆论监督作用。
