丙烯酸酯-苯乙烯-马来酸酐三元聚合物油溶性降粘剂的研究

摘    要:针对高粘原油的特性,合成了一种丙烯酸酯-苯乙烯-马来酸酐三元共聚物(AsM)油溶性稠油降粘剂,确定了最佳反应条件,并采用十八醇进行酯化改性,同时将改性样品与表面活性剂进行复配,分别考查其降粘效果,结果表明,ASM的降粘效果明显,经过改性后的样品及复配样品的稠油降粘效果均有所提高,从而提供了一条研制开发油溶性降粘剂的有效途径.

Abstract:According to the properties of highly viscous crude oil,using three different kinds of monomers, High-Alcohol Acrylate, Styrene, Maleic Anhydride, a copolymer of oil-soluble viscosity reducers has been synthesized. The conditron of the reaction was confirmed and its esterification method was studied. At the same time, the ester was mixed with surfactants. Results show that the ASM has a good viscosity reducing effect, the ester and the compound has better effect than it. It provides an effective way in researching the oil soluble viscosity reducers.
