摘    要:本文采用三维弹塑性有限元方法模拟了冷拔内螺旋凸筋管的成形过程,得到了此过程中管料在变形区的应力分布,揭示了冷拔内螺旋凸筋管的变形规律,为进一步优化模具设计提供了理论基础.

Abstract:On the basis of nonlinear finite-element software MSC.Marc,cold drawing process of rifled tubes were simulated by 3D elasto-plastic FEM.The distribution of stress in the deforming zone of the tube in the process were obtained.The simulated results reveal the deformation regularity of cold drawing rifled tubes and provide theoretical basis for further optimizing modal design.
