| 摘 要： | 为提高轧机作业率，降低轧辊消耗，在热轧窄带钢精轧机组上试用了高速钢轧辊，并对其耐磨性能、抗表面粗糙性能、抗热裂纹和剥落性能进行检测，同时针对高速钢轧辊的特点制定了相关的使用措施。试用表明，换辊次数、换辊时间明显减少。

| Abstract: | In order to increase operation rate of mill and decrease roll waste, the high-speed steel roll is applied to finishing stands of hot narrow strip mill in Laiwu Iron and Steel Co., Ltd.. Its some properties are measured, such as resistance to wearing and surface roughness, resistance to hot crack and spaUing, etc. The practical application results show that the time of changing roll is obviously decreased. |
