乙烯利对赤霞珠葡萄几种抗寒性指标的影响

摘    要:本试验于秋季对6年生赤霞珠葡萄树喷布不同浓度的乙烯利,并测定其抗寒生理指标.结果表明,1000mg/L乙烯利处理的赤霞珠葡萄枝/根电导率值最小,丙二醛(MDA)含量明显降低,可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量最高,说明1000mg/L乙烯利有助于提高葡萄的抗寒性.

Abstract:This experiment was carried out on 6 years old Carbernet Sauvignon grapevine with different concentration of ethephon spraying in autumn, several cold hardiness indexes were observed afterwards. The results showed that a concentration of 1000 mg/L ethephon had the best effects on the cold hardiness indexes in which the electrical conductivity in the shoot and root were the lowest, the concentration of MDA was decreased, and the concentration of soluble sugar and the concentration of proline were the highest level. All these indexes suggest that 1000mg/L ethephon help to enhance the cold hardiness of Carbernet Sauvignon.
