摘    要:通过3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵(CTA)改性壳聚糖(CS)制备壳聚糖季铵盐(CS-CTA),并将其应用在混凝-微滤工艺中来研究其对出水水质和膜污染的影响。结果表明,在CS-CTA投加量为4 mg/L时,出水水质最好,此时UV254去除率为81.8%,浊度去除率为99%以上;在CS-CTA投加量为3 mg/L时,混凝出水引起的不可逆膜阻力最小,膜通量最高;与PAC相比,CS-CTA作为混凝剂能更有效地减缓膜污染。

Abstract:The quaternary ammonium salt of chitosan was prepared by modified chitosan with 3-chloro-2-hydroxy-propyl trimethylammonium chloride.Then it was applied in the coagulation-microfiltration process to study its effect on the effluent quality and membrane fouling.The experimental results showed that when the dosage of CS-CTA was 4 mg/L,there was the best water quality with 81.8%removal rate of UV254 and more than 99.9%turbidity.In addition,when the dosage of CS-CTA was 3 mg/L,the irreversible membrane resistance caused by the coagulation effluent was the minimum,and the membrane flux was the highest.CS-CTA as a coagulant can reduce membrane fouling more effectively than PAC.
