摘    要:地下空间开发作为解决城市用地紧张的可行性方案日益受到大众的关注,可预见未来进入地下工作及生活的人群占比将增加。除面临高湿度、低空气质量、幽闭等地下特殊生理环境挑战外,地下作业人员情绪问题、睡眠节律紊乱、低控制感、恐惧等身心失能状态也是影响工作绩效、幸福感及作业安全的重要因素。本文深入探讨了地下环境特征对人类身心状态的具体影响,并对未来构建地下人类宜居、生产及科研一体化空间提出可行性建议:构建地下宜居空间不仅要优化物理空间环境,同时需重视地下作业人群的身心健康主动管理,即基于人-环-任务评估的基础上对地下作业人群失能状态进行早期发现、干预,从而提升人群生存质量及人力资源效能。

Abstract:As a feasible solution to the shortage of urban land, underground space development has attracted increasing public attention. It is foreseeable that the proportion of people entering underground work and life will increase in the future. In addition to the underground special physiological environment challenges such as high humidity, low air quality and claustrophobia, emotional problems, sleep rhythm disorder, low sense of control and fear of underground workers are also important factors affecting work performance, happiness and work safety. This paper deeply discusses the influence of underground environment on the physical and mental state of human beings, and puts forward feasible suggestions for the construction of underground livable space for human beings: the construction of underground livable environment should not only optimize the physical space environment, but also pay attention to the active management of physical and mental health of underground workers. On the basis of man-environment-task assessment, we can find and intervene the disabled status of underground workers early, so as to improve the quality of life and human resource efficiency.
