摘    要:随着信息技术和新的制造工艺的发展,智能制造技术成为传统制造企业产业升级的关键技术。MES系统在智能制造系统中的作用是贯穿始终的,且与PLC通信采取应答机制。该文设计了智能制造切削加工系统的总体架构,并结合MES软件将数控车床、加工中心、PLC、机器人、RFID及立体仓库等信息系统进行有效结合,完成了生产过程的智能化管理,对同类企业进行智能制造技术的应用提供了可借鉴的经验。该系统可降低没有附加价值的活动对工厂营运的影响,进而改善企业制程,提高生产效益。

Abstract:With the development of information technology and new manufacturing technology,intelligent manufacturing technology has become the key technology for the upgrading of traditional manufacturing enterprises.The function of MES system in intelligent manufacturing system runs through the whole process,and the response mechanism is adopted in communication with PLC.This paper designed the overall architecture of intelligent manufacturing cutting system.Combining with MES system,the information systems of NC lathe,CNC,PLC,robot,RFID and warehouse are effectively integrated,and the intelligent management of production process is completed,which provides reference experience for the similar enterprises.The system can reduce the impact of activities without added value on the operation of factories,and then improve the enterprise process and production efficiency.
