摘    要:某铅锌矿550中段南部炭质千枚岩巷道围岩应力高,变形大,开挖后易塌方,极难支护,严重影响着矿山的安全生产和开采进度.室内试验结果表明,550中段炭质千枚岩属于中膨胀性软岩,具有较强的吸水性、易软化和崩解破坏.在现场巷道典型断面开展了松动圈声波测试,结果表明,巷道松动圈范围为2.0 m,属于大松动圈Ⅳ-Ⅴ类软岩.根据大松...

Abstract:Surrounding rock of carbonaceous phyllite roadway in the south of 550 middle section of a mining area is characterized by high stress, large deformation, easy collapse after excavation and extremely difficult support, which seriously affects the safe production and mining progress of the mine. Laboratory test results show that the carbonaceous phyllite is a kind of medium expansive soft rock with strong water absorption, easy to soften and disintegrate. Acoustic wave test of roadway loosening zone was carried out in typical section of roadway. The results show that the range of roadway loosening zone is 2.0 m,which belongs to Class IV-V soft rock of large loosening zone. According to the theory of combined arch support with large loosening circle, the active and passive combined support technology of advanced grouting, shotcrete anchor net and steel arch frame is put forward, and the relevant supporting parameters are determined. The stability of roadway under six supporting schemes is compared and analyzed by using FLAC3D. Finally, the support scheme 5 is considered as the optimal scheme, the combined support of advanced grouting , spray anchor net and steel arch support can better control the deformation and stability of carbonaceous phyllite roadway. The research results provide a theoretical basis for the support of carbonaceous phyllite roadway in mining area, and also provide a reference for similar soft rock roadway support methods.
