基于HBase的双数据库在纺织信息化平台的改造与实现

摘    要:基于关系型数据库的传统纺织MES系统存在实时数据响应时间不及时、大规模数据查询缓慢、数据处理繁琐的问题,采用HBase与MySQL双数据库对纺织MES系统进行改造。对比改造前后实时数据响应时间和大规模数据查询时间,结果表明:改造后的MES系统实时数据写入数据库时间下降了2. 4 s左右,实时数据平均响应时间比改造前快了20%,大规模数据查询时间下降了1 s左右。纺织MES系统采用HBase与MySQL双数据库存储数据,可提高系统实时数据的写入速度、响应速度,以及大规模数据查询与处理速度。

Abstract:The traditional textile MES system based on relational database has the problem that the real-time data response time is not timely,the large-scale data query is slow,and the data processing is cumbersome.The textile MES system is modified by HBase and MySQL dual database.Comparing the real-time data response time and large-scale data query time of the textile MES system before and after the transformation,the results show that the real-time data of the modified MES system is reduced by 2.4 seconds,and the average response time of real-time data is 20%faster than that before the transformation.Large-scale data query time dropped by about 1 second.It is considered that the textile MES system uses HBase and MySQL dual database to store data,which can improve the writing speed and response speed of the system real-time data,as well as the large-scale data query and processing speed.
