摘    要:在冬季,天然气集输干线内易生成天然气水合物,将甲醇作为抑制剂注入到管线内是有效的防治方法.本文以降低管线内注醇量为目的,分析现有HYSYS软件注醇量计算模型的不足有:无法适用于苏中气田集输干线,缺少管线内气相含水量计算.从完整模拟苏中气田集气站内天然气集输工艺流程的角度出发,基于上述软件搭建了适用于苏中气田的注醇量计算...

Abstract:In winter,natural gas hydrate is easy to be formed in the natural gas gathering and transportation trunk line.It is an effective method to inject methanol into the pipeline as an inhibitor.In order to reduce the amount of methanol injected into the pipeline,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the existing HYSYS software methanol injection calculation model,it can not be applied to the gathering and transportation trunk line of Suzhong gasfield,and lacks the calculation of gas phase water content in the pipeline.From the perspective of fully simulating the natural gas gathering and transportation process flow in the gas gathering station of Suzhong gasfield,based on the above software,the calculation model of methanol injection amount suitable for Suzhong gasfield is established,and the methanol injection amount required by the gathering and transportation trunk line is simulated and calculated.Taking the production and operation data of a gathering and transportation trunk line as an example,the results show that the gas phase water content is the most important factor affecting the formation of natural gas hydrate,and the influence degree of gas flow is the second.The calculation results have been applied to production,and the pipeline operation pressure is stable during operation,which verifies the rationality of the model,and can provide reference for reasonable methanol injection in Suzhong gasfield.
