摘    要:随着经济社会和科学技术的发展,电力系统也在往广域化、高电压大电流化、高功率化、高功率密度化方向发展,气体绝缘开关设备就以其优异的绝缘性和灭弧性能应运而生了。论文阐述了FBX型N2或SF6气体绝缘开关设备的结构和特点;应用工业工程的方法,研究了生产FBX型N2或SF6气体绝缘开关设备过程中的生产工艺和装配方法;对N2或SF6气体绝缘开关设备的生产环节和测试环节中的关键技术进行了详细的研究和实践;阐述了FBX型开关设备在糖业中的应用。

Abstract:With the development of economy society and science technology,the power system was also developing towards wide-area,high-voltage and large-current,high-power and high-power density,gas insulated switchgear(GIS)had been developed for its excellent insulation and ARC extinguishing performance.This paper described the structure and characteristics of FBX type N2 or SF6 GIS.The production process and assembly method of FBX type N2 or SF6 GIS were studied by industrial engineering method.The key technologies in the production and test of N2 or SF6 GIS were studied and practiced in detail.The application of FBX switch equipment in sugar industry was described.
