加氢裂化装置航煤烟点不合格原因分析及措施

摘    要:针对加氢裂化装置航煤产品出现的烟点不合格问题,对加氢裂化装置影响航煤烟点的各种因素进行全面分析,找出了航煤烟点不合格的原因,并提出了相应的解决措施,实施后取得良好效果,航煤烟点提高至31.1 mm,航煤产品质量均达标.

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of unqualified smoke point of aviation kerosene products in hydrocracking unit,various factors influencing the smoke point of the aviation kerosene in hydrocracking unit were comprehensively analyzed and the causes were found out.The corresponding measures were put forward.After implementation of the measures,good effect was achieved.Smoke point of the aviation kerosene was increased to 31.1 mm,and quality of the aviation kerosene products was reached the standard.
