拓宽航煤加氢装置原料试验研究

摘    要:针对胜利炼油厂航煤加氢装置原料不足的情况,依据其对原料性质的要求,在胜利炼油厂现有加工原油及加工流程的基础上筛选出Ⅳ常一线油。经中型固定床连续加氢试验发现:m(III常一线油)∶m(Ⅳ常一线油)为9∶7的混合原料可以满足该航煤加氢装置原料要求,从而拓宽了航煤加氢装置的原料,实现了胜利炼油厂喷气燃料资源的优化,增加了3号喷气燃料的产量。

Abstract:In view of the shortage of raw materials for aviation kerosene hydrogenation unit in Shengli Refinery,based on the existing feedstock and processing flow,theⅣnormal first line oil was selected according to requirements on feedstock properties.By continuous hydrogenation test in the medium-sized fixed bed,9∶7 mass ratio of the mixed raw oil combiningⅢandⅣnormal first line oil was found to meet the feedstock requirement of the aviation kerosene hydrogenation unit.Feedstock for the aviation kerosene hydrogenation unit was widen,optimization of jet fuel resources for Shengli Refinery was realized,and production of 3#jet fuel was increased.
