| Abstract: | Aiming at the current status of smart building and BIM application,this paper develops a smart building intelligent operation center platform based on Building Information Model.The architecture design,functional system and technical impleme ntati on methods are discussed.Based on the three-dime nsional BIM model,the platform conn ects to 5G IoT devices and vertical information systems to get building operation data,integrates application systems and creates scene-based intelligent recognition capabilities.This platform develops comprehensive situational awareness,intelligent problem identification,incident co-processing and decision-making assistance support functions.It has been verified by practicing that the platform can help reduce cost,in creases efficie ncy of build ing operati on man ageme nt and improves the level of build ing in tellige nce. |
