摘    要:随着城市化进程的加速,开发利用地下空间已经成为解决城市空间资源约束问题的重要方式。人口作为城市空间的需求表征,其分布密度是影响地下空间开发的重要因素。为探究地下空间与人口分布的关系,本文以南京市雨花台区地下空间为例,利用人口热力图动态数据,通过ArcGIS的空间分析和SPSS的相关性分析方法,考察地下空间与人口分布的关系。研究结果表明,地下空间形态分布和开发强度都与人口分布呈现不同程度的相关性,揭示了地下空间利用的时间弹性,论证了人口分布密度对地下空间开发强度的正向预测能力,为雨花台区地下空间规划提供一定的决策参考。

Abstract:With the acceleration of urbanization, the development and utilization of underground space has become an important way to solve the constraint problem of urban space resources. As the demand representation of urban space, population is an important factor influencing the development of underground space. In order to explore the relationship between underground space and population distribution, this paper taked the underground space in Yuhuatai district of Nanjing city as an example and used dynamic data of population thermal map to investigate the relationship between underground space and population distribution through spatial analysis method of ArcGIS and correlation analysis method of SPSS. The results show that the morphological distribution and development intensity of underground space are correlated with population distribution to different degrees, which reveals the time elasticity of underground space utilization, demonstrates the positive prediction ability of population distribution density on the development intensity of underground space, and provides some reference for the planning of underground space in Yuhuatai district.
