摘    要:津巴布韦卡里巴南岸水电站扩机项目埋藏式调压井为3闸墩4闸室结构,阻抗式调压,衬砌后直径24 m。采用SAP2000三维有限元结构分析软件对滑模体结构进行分析优化,采取“慢滑升,多校核,勤纠偏”的滑升原则,采取“一阀专用、一管多能”有效纠偏措施,解决了大直径竖井空间结构非对称性整体滑模施工控制技术难题,实现了井壁与多个异形闸墩同步液压快速滑升,缩短了工期,节约了成本。

Abstract:The underground surge shaft of Kariba South Extension Project(KSEP)in Zimbabwe is of impedance-type and has three gate piers and four gate chambers,with a diameter of 24 m after lining.The structure of the sliding formwork is optimized through SAP2000 software,under the principle of“slow sliding,multi-checking,diligent correction”,and effective correction measures are taken to solve the technical difficulty in construction management of the integrated sliding formwork for asymmetric spatial structure of large-diameter shafts,realizing the synchronous hydraulic rapid sliding of the shaft wall and multiple special-shaped piers,which shortens construction period and saves cost.
