N-烷基苯甲酰胺基双咪唑啉缓蚀剂的合成及性能研究

摘    要:本研究以均苯三甲酸、甲醇、烷烃胺和二乙烯三胺为原料,合成N-烷基苯甲酰胺基双咪唑啉缓蚀剂。研究表明,该缓蚀剂拥有多个吸附中心,加药质量浓度为30 mg/L,在温度为95℃、CO2压力为1.5 MPa、转速为300 r/min的腐蚀介质中,对A3碳钢的缓蚀率高达93%。

Abstract:N-alkyl benzoylamino bis-imidazoline as a corrosion inhibitor was synthesized with trimesic acid,metha-nol,alkyl amine and diethylenetriamine as the raw materials.The evaluation results showed that N-alkyl benzoyla-mino bis-imidazoline corrosion inhibitor had multi adsorption centers.Under the condition of 30 mg/L corrosion inhi-bitor,95℃,1.5 MPa CO2 and 300 r/min revolving speed,the corrosion inhibition rate was up to 93%for A3 steel slice.
