| 摘 要： | 经梳理多次改扩建后的胜利炼油厂各装置的进料流程及产品走向,找出了降低储罐VOCs排放量、大/小呼吸损耗量以及职工劳动强度的措施。通过优化、改造,实现上、下游装置(或罐区)物料直供,达到了节能、降耗、减排、增效的目的。

| Abstract: | Sorting out the feeding flow and product trend of various units in Shengli Refinery after many times of reconstruction and expansion,the measures to reduce VOCs emission from the storage tanks,large/small respiratory loss and labor intensity of employees were found out.Through optimization and reform,the materials direct supply for upstream and downstream devices(or tank area)was realized,and the purpose of energy saving,consumption reduction,emission reduction and efficiency increase was reached. |
