催化裂化再生烟气腐蚀原因及处理措施

摘    要:催化裂化装置再生烟气对烟道设备的腐蚀,会造成高温催化剂、烟气泄漏,严重影响装置日常生产,对环境造成不良后果。某催化裂化装置运行两年时间,再生烟道分析仪取样口、小蝶阀后膨胀节等部位出现不同程度的腐蚀漏点。结合装置特点及日常操作,分析腐蚀原因、处理措施及建议。

Abstract:Corrosion of regenerator flue gas from FCC unit to flue gas equipment,it will result in high temperature catalyst and flue gas leakage,which will seriously affect the daily production of the unit and cause bad consequences to the environment.The corrosion leakage occurred at the sampling port of the regeneration flue analyzer and the expansion joint behind the butterfly valve in a FCCU for 2 years.The corrosion causes,treatment measures and suggestions are analyzed according to the characteristics of the unit and its daily operation.
