面对国际国内日益复杂的发展环境,习近平总书记明确指出,“逐步形成以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局”。在双循环新格局背景下,智慧城市建设成为了推动国内市场新一轮消费升级、加速全球产业链、供应链变革的重要动力。文章分析了新格局在需求端和供给端的改革变化为智慧城市建设带来的发展机遇,通过对新机遇的详细解读,提出电信运营商参与智慧城市建设的一些建议。

Thinking on the Construction of Smart City under the Background of"Dual Circulation"New Development Pattern

In the face of in creas in gly complex developme nt en vir onment of in ter nati onal and domestic,Preside nt Xi Jinping clearly stated that gradually forming a new econo mic developme nt patter n that takes domestic circulati on as the main stay,with domestic and in ter nati onal circulati on rei nforc ing each other.Un der the backgro und of dual circulati on new developme nt pattern,the construction of smart city becomes an important driving force to promote a new round of consumption upgrading in the domestic market and accelerates the transformation of the global industrial chain and supply chain.The reform and change of the new pattern in demand side and supply side also brings new development opportunities for the construction of smart city.Through a detailed interpretation of the new opportunities,this paper puts forward some suggestions for telecom operators to participate in the construction of smart city.
