摘    要:聚苯醚(PPO)是一种典型的高性能通用工程塑料,具有突出的电绝缘性、优良的耐水性、优异的阻燃性等,但由于其高熔体黏度、难加工等缺点限制其广泛应用。为进一步提升其性能,拓宽应用领域,需要对PPO进行合金化改性。而聚苯醚/聚酰胺(PPO/PA)合金材料综合了PPO的高耐热、韧性好及PA易成型、耐油性好的特点,在电子、机械、汽车工业等领域得到广泛应用。本文综述了聚苯醚/聚酰胺合金材料的增容、增韧、增强等的研究进展,并对其发展趋势进行了展望。

Abstract:Polyphenylene Oxide (PPO) is a typical high-performance general-purpose engineering plastic. It has outstanding electrical insulation, excellent water resistance, and excellent flame retardancy, etc., and is widely used in social life. However, due to its ultra-high melt viscosity, PPO has the fatal disadvantage of being difficult to process. In order to further improve its performance and further expand the application field, PPO has been alloyed and modified. Polyphenylene Oxide/ Polyamide (PPO/PA) alloy material combines the characteristics of PPO's high heat resistance, good toughness, PA easy to form, and good oil resistance. It has been widely used in electronics, machinery, automobile industry and other fields. This article reviews the research and development of compatibilization, toughening, and strengthening of Polyphenylene Oxide/Polyamide alloy materials, and introduces its development trends in detail.
