Abstract:The vigorous development of e-commerce has brought a lot of demand for urban distribution business. As a special underground public channel serving urban distribution, underground logistics can effectively integrate distribution demand, improve distribution efficiency, significantly reduce the occupancy of urban distribution on ground road resources, improve urban traffic problems, and improve the quality of urban environment. In recent years, with the support of the national policy, the comprehensive pipe gallery has developed rapidly. Taking the layout of the comprehensive pipe gallery system in a new area of China as an example, this paper attempts to build the underground logistics and the pipe gallery system, and makes a detailed analysis from the two modes of horizontal and vertical co-construction. The results show that the two co-construction modes of the underground logistics and the comprehensive pipe gallery are feasible. After that, through combing the influencing factors of the two facilities co-construction and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of different modes, the applicable conditions and selection methods of different co-construction modes are preliminarily obtained. The research results provide a new idea for the construction of urban underground logistics system.
