新型浓缩洗衣粉的研制

摘    要:介绍了一种具有高密度、良好流动性和高去污力的浓缩洗衣粉的生产方法。配方中加入了一种自制的大分子非离子表面活性剂,能快速有效去除衣物纤维深处的油污渍、汗渍、墨迹等顽固污渍。实验测得样品常温下的乳化时间5 m in,泡沫高度10 mm,最高去污效率56.20%,从而确定了最佳配方。

Abstract:A process of producing compact detergent powder with good flowability,high density and detergency was introduced.A macro-molecule nonionic surfactant made by ourself was added.The filth was being able to remove rapidly in the clothing such as the oil filth,the sweat stain and the ink mark etc.The results were obtained that the emulsified time was 5 min under the sample normal temperature,the foams altitude was 10 mm,the highest detergency was 56.20%.So the best formula was decided by the experiment.
