新型周期式冷轧管机

本文介绍的新型高精度小直径周期式冷轧管机能够轧制直径4mm的钢管。由于该轧机在设计和工艺方面进行了许多改进,可将钢管减径到成品尺寸,从而大大减少了废品。用此工艺生产的钢管公差精度极高,直径和壁厚公差均在10μm以下。小直径钢管采用冷轧工艺生产更为经济。

A NEW COLD PLIGER MILL

The new high-precision cold pilger mill described is capable of rolling small diameter steel pipes of 4mm. Because of many improvements made in design and process of the mill pipes can be rolled to finished sizes with greatly reduced rejection. The tubes produced with the cold rolling process have close tolerance and variations of diameter and wall thickness less than 10μm. It is more advantageous to produce small tubes with the process.
