超贫磁铁矿干式预选实验研究

摘    要:河北某超贫磁铁矿矿石储量大,全铁含量为14.64%,磁性铁含量仅占全铁的47.88%。矿石中,有用矿物主要为磁铁矿。在破碎至-12mm粒度、磁场强度159kA/m、带速1.2m/s的条件下,磁滑轮干式预选可以抛出产率为68.32%、磁性铁含量为0.58%的尾矿,磁性铁作业回收率达90%以上。围岩混入会影响磁性铁的回收。本研究为该超贫磁铁矿的合理开发利用提供技术支撑。

Abstract:The content of total iron is 14.63% and the magnetic iron only accounts for 47.88% of the total iron in an ultralow-grade iron mine in Hebei, but its reserves is great. Magnetite is the main valuable mineral. The yield of the tailings reaches 68.32% by dry preconcentration with magnetic pulley, and the magnetic iron content of the tailings is 0.58%, which the recovery of the magnetic iron is above 90%. The interfusion of the wall rock will affect the recovery of the magnetic iron. The investigation provides the technical support for the reasonable exploitation of the ultralow-grade iron ores.
