芳纶纤维在汽车轮胎上的应用

摘    要:采用ABAQUS有限元分析软件,研究了芳纶纤维用于子午线汽车轮胎带束层、冠带层后,轮胎静载工况下骨架材料沿轮胎轴向、周向等效应力分布相对于传统汽车轮胎的优越性。研究结果表明:芳纶纤维用于汽车轮胎带束层,第一、二带束层轴向、横向对称面内周向应力以及带束层端点周向应力均有不同程度地下降,提高了轮胎强度和承载能力;冠带层采用芳纶纤维,轴向接地中心线上冠带层肩部应力显著降低,冠带层端点周向应力大幅减小,均匀性显著提高,能够降低轮胎骨架材料端点破坏的可能性。
