喷射工况下板式塔液体分散性能的研究

摘    要:在喷射工况下,研究了气速及板上清液层高度对板式塔液体分散性能的影响。气速是影响板式塔液体分散程度的重要因素,板上清液层高度对新型垂直筛板(NewVST)的液体分散程度有些影响,但对浮阀塔及筛板塔几乎没有影响。

Abstract:The effect of kinetic energy factor of gas phase,clear liquid height on liquid dispersivity of plate towers is studied in spray operation.The results of study indicate that kinetic energy facter is the major factor which influence the liquid dispersivity.The factor of clear liquid height influence the liquid dispersivity of New VST,but no effect on that of sieve tray and float valve tray.
