基于CUK型控制器的负偏压设计

摘    要:在负偏压设计过程中,采用变压器存在体积大、周期长、效率低等弊端;极性反转型控制器难于控制传导EMI线形传送所带来的干扰;充电泵电路则存在噪声较大、功率较小等缺点。介绍的新型CUK型变换器,旨在实现一种高效、低成本、输出电压纹波极低的负偏压设计方案。

Abstract:In the course of negative bias voltage design,there are many abuses such as large volume;long cycle,low efficiency with transforms;It is difficult to control disturb accompanied with linear transmission of conduction EMI in the investing controller,high noise and low power exists in the charge pump circuit.The newly CUK controller realizes a kind of high efficiency,low cost and very low output voltage ripple negative bias voltage design.
