| 摘 要： | 介绍了以邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯为内标物,用RXI–17毛细管柱、FID检测器,对四氯苯酞原药进行气相色谱分离和定性、定量分析。采用该方法分析四氯苯酞的线性相关系数为0.9998,变异系数为0.17%,平均回收率为99.7%。该方法操作简便,适用于产品的常规分析和质量控制。

| Abstract: | An analysis method for the determination of phthalide TC was developed by GC with RXI–17 capillary column and FID detector using di-n-octyl phthalate as internal standard.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 8,the variation coefficient was 0.17%,and the average recovery was 99.7%.The method is simple and suitable for routine analysis and quality control of the product. |
