复杂模具零件五轴联动数控加工程序检验方法研究

摘    要:结合典型曲面模具零件叶轮,探索了复杂零件五轴联动数控加工程序检验的一般方法。重点针对VDW-320五坐标数控机床,研究了其后置处理和虚拟仿真技术在数控程序检验中的应用,通过验证比较,几种方法得到了一致的结果。这些技术可应用于对各种复杂模具或机械零件加工程序进行验证。

Abstract:A common method for verifying a 5-axis CNC program for machining an impeller wheel with complex surfaces was discussed. Especially,the post-processing and virtual simulating technology based on the VDW-320 5-axis machining center was studied. All the different methods got the same result. These technologies can be used to verify CNC programs and used widely in the field of moulds,mechanism,aeronautic,and automobiles,etc.
