从铅阳极泥中回收有价金属新工艺

摘    要:通过对低金银含量的铅阳极泥的试验研究,确定了用酸性三氯化铁稀溶液处理铅阳极泥,氨浸回收银,硝酸浸出铅、铋,氯化浸金,二丁基卡必醇(DBC)萃取金的新工艺流程。采用该流程,金银直收率高,分别达95%以上,铅阳极泥中有价金属分别得到富集,有利于综合回收,试剂消耗少,回收有价金属成本低。

Abstract:This study deals with the recovery of valuable metals from an electrolytic lead refining slime.The gold and silver contents of that slime are both low.Many sets of experiments have been made and a new process superior to the conventional method was developed.The new process is com- prised of the following steps: 1.Leaching with ferric chloride in dilute acidic solution; 2.Leaching with ammonia to reclaim silver; 3.Leaching with nitric acid; 4.Chlorination with sodium chlorate to leach out gold; 5.Extracting gold from chlorinated solution with Dibutol Carbitol. With this new process,the cost and the consumption of chemicals are lower.Gold recovery is more than 95% in the leaching and extraction steps.Silver dissolution is normally approx 97% in ferric chloride leaching method.
