摘    要:结合江苏太仓港环保发电有限公司新建机组的调试,介绍了300Mw单元机组燃烧过程被控对象的动态特性以及目前常用的单元机组负荷控制的基本方案.主要有炉跟机方式和炉跟机协调方式。针对电网负荷要求变化较大时锅炉蓄热量不足,导致汽压波动太大而影响锅炉正常运行的问题,对燃烧调节器中的前馈进行了改进.实践证明改进效果较好,机组可以投入自动发电控制(AGC)方式。同时也介绍了送风量、炉膛负压和一次风量的控制。

Abstract:Combined with the commissioning of new units in Jiangsu Taicanggang Environmental Protection Power Co. Ltd.,the dynamic characteristics of the controlled target in the process of 300 MW unit firing and current basic theme of unit load control are introduced,mainly boiler following generator method and boiler following generator coordination method . Focusing on shortage of quantity of reserved heat in boilers when the condition of grid load changed rapidly,resulting in the problem concerning regular operation due to great pressure fluctuation,the improvement of feedforward of combustion regulator is introduced. Its improvement effect is proven to be practical,and the units can use AGC method. Meanwhile,the control of air flow,furnace negative pressure and primary air flow are introduced.
