三电平整流器弃用中矢量的对称三区电压矢量调制策略

摘    要:根据基于目标控制的三电平PWM整流器的数学模型,详细分析了三电平各电压矢量对直流侧中点电压的影响,提出了一种弃用中矢量的对称三区的电压矢量调制策略。对该法在不同调制模式下整流器的性能进行了深入仿真研究。该方法电压矢量分区少,算法简单。由于弃用了中矢量,电压矢量调制策略本身的直流侧中点电压达到了自平衡。仿真和实验结果表明,三电平PWM整流器性能稳定,功率因数高,方法正确有效。与传统调制策略相比,当网侧电流幅值变化较大时,该方法的直流侧中点电压平衡效果仍然很好。
