摘    要:以溴代十六烷基吡啶(CPBr)为模板剂,采用水热法制备出系列Mn2+掺杂的ZnIn2S4多孔光催化剂.通过XHD、FESEM、UV-Vis、XPS等分析手段对催化剂进行了表征,考察了掺杂Mn2+浓度对多孔ZnIn2S4光催剂的形貌结构和可见光催化产氢性能的影响.实验结果表明,Mn2+掺杂影响催化剂的晶体结构及其微观形貌...

Abstract:A series of Mn2+ doped ZnIn2S4 porous photocatalysts were synthesized via a hydrothermal process using cetylpyridinium bromide(CPBr) as template.The above-prepared photocatalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM),UV-Vis diffusive reflectance spectroscopy(DRS) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The influences of concentration of Mn2+ doping on the morphology and photocatalytic activity of ZnIn2S4 photocatalysts were investigated.The results demonstrated that Mn2+ doping had great effects on the crystal structure and micro-morphology.The photocatalytic activity of ZnIn2S4 was enhanced by Mn2+ doping,and the highest rate of hydrogen evolution of 3286.4μmol/(h·g) over Mn2+(0.5%)-ZnIn2S4 was observed.
