摘    要:介绍了二硝酰胺铵的合成路线,研究了混酸硝化法合成二硝酰胺铵时原料规格、原料配比、反应时间和反应温度对硝化反应收率的影响.当以规格5的氨基磺酸铵为原料,n(HNO3):n(氨基磺酸铵)=9.00,m(HNO3):m(H2SO4)=6.67,反应温度为-40℃,反应时间为45~65min时,操作较为容易,硝化反应收率≥55...

Abstract:Synthesis routes of ammonium dinitramide are introduced.The influence of reactant specification,reactant ratio,reaction time and reaction temperature on nitration reaction yield was investigated during synthesizing ammonium ditramide by mixed acid nitration method.When using the specification 5 aminosulfonic ammonium as raw material,n(HNO3):n(aminosulfonic ammonium)=9.00,m(HNO3):m(H2SO4)=6.67,reaction temperature is-40℃,and reaction time is 45~65min,the operation is easier and the nitration reaction yield ≥55%.The reaction course for synthesis of ammonium dinitramide by mixed acid nitration method is discussed.
