汽车尾气-热电材料耦合传热过程的CHT模拟

摘    要:该文针对柴油机实验用三支管排气管建立了对应的二维气体流动传热的数学模型,并对排气管的流场进行数值模拟.又对安装热电材料的排气管进行气固两相耦合传热模拟,与未安装温差发电器件的模拟结果进行比较,结果表明壁面热电材料对总管中的速度,压力分布影响不大,但增加了边界的热流量,这对热电材料发电器的设计有指导意义.

Abstract:In the paper,the exhaust pipe with three branch pipes of diesel engine is analyzed.A two dimensional mathematic model is established for exhaust pipe,and the gas flow filed of exhaust pipe has been simulated numerically.The heat transfer from exhaust pipe to the thermoelectric generator around the pipe is simulated detailed.We find that the velocities and pressure change a little in main pipe.But when the thermoelectric generator is fixed around the pipe,the heat flux through the boundary increases.There is...
