| Abstract: | In this paper,the mean moment equations of the three PDF models are discussed in detailed.Then the numerical calculations of the downward gas-dispersed turbulent pipe flow are did by the three PDF models respectively.The fault of those models is pointed by comparing the simulated results with the experimental results.The modified turbulent time scale is introduced into the models and the downward gas-particle pipe flow is simulated again by the modified models,it is proved the validity of the modified turbu... |
