二氧化钛粉体的表面改性研究

摘    要:针对二氧化钛和二氧化硅粉体的表面改性,研究了不同偶联剂种类、偶联剂含量和不同水解环境下粉体的改性效果.实验结果显示,对于不同种类偶联剂KH550、KH560、KH570改性二氧化钛,KH570改性的二氧化钛沉降体积最大,亲油化度也最大,改性效果较好.在中性预水解条件下偶联剂对二氧化钛粉体的改性效果均优于酸性和碱性条件....

Abstract:In order to study the surface modification of TiO2,the effects of types and contents of coupling agent(including KH550,KH560 and KH570) and hydrolysis conditions on the modification were investigated.Several properties of modified powders,such as sedimentation volume,lipophilic degree,exhibited an excellent modification effect,especially with using KH570.Under the neutral pre-hydrolysis condition,the modification effect was better than under the acid and alkaline conditions.The microstructures of modified a...
