摘    要:主要讨论了MDI的吸湿机理及其表征方法,利用了简单的天平称重法得到不同温湿度下质量变化曲线,从而推算出MDI与水反应的表观活化能,并利用FT-IR对表面吸湿机理进行讨论.结果显示MDI表面吸湿后聚脲之间以氢键相互连接,以形成难溶的固态致密层.

Abstract:The moisture absorption mechanism of MDI and its characterization method are mainly discussed.The mass change curves at different temperatures and humidity were obtained by using simple balance weighing method and the apparent activation energy of the reaction between MDI and water was further calculated.The mechanism of surface moisture absorption was discussed by FT-IR.The results show that the insoluble solid dense layer is formed through hydrogen bond connecting between the polyureas formed after absorb...
