摘    要:针对660MW超超临界汽轮机在启动或停机过程中,可倾瓦轴承温度异常升高出现低速碾瓦的特点和原因进行分析,通过1号、2号轴承设置顶轴油装置,加大轴瓦进油节流孔直径,增大轴瓦曲率半径,改进机组运行方式等技术措施,彻底解决了汽轮机低速碾瓦的故障,取得了非常明显的效果.

Abstract:In the startup or shutdown process of 660MW ultra-supercritical steam turbine,appearing grinding pad in low speed when the temperature of titling pad bearing abnormal high,analysis was carried on its characteristic and the reason.Through installing the jacketing oil device for the No.1 and No.2 bearing,enlarging the bearing pad oil throttle diameter and radius of curvature,improving the unit operation mode and taking other measures,the fault of grinding pad in low speed has been resolved entirely and obtain...
