装甲车辆起动电动机自动测试系统的设计

摘    要:为提高部队测试设备的通用性,将装甲车辆各种起动电动机的测试设备综合为起动电动机自动测试系统,该系统以PC机为控制核心,采用模块化的设计思想,实现整个检测过程的自动化,不仅提高了设备利用率、方便操作、提高了测试精度,还可满足对起动电动机的各特性的动态实验要求;目前,该系统通过实际使用,效果良好。

Abstract:To improve the versatility of testing equipments, many kinds of start motor testing equipments were synthetized to a automatic testing system, which was designed with modularization and was controlled by computer. It achieves automatic testing, so it is more convenient for manipulation. It improves the efficiency and testing precision. It also suits the dynamic experiment requests for different characteristics of start motor.
