| 摘 要： | 提出了一种IPv4-IPv6-Tunnel的特定隧道模型，并针对该模型的实例就IPv4和IPv6两种接入情形，着重讨论了其中隧道MTU的发现和错误处理机制，给出相关比较。描述了模型的实现和MTU测试结果，总结了其可能的应用。

| Abstract: | A tunnel protocol implements the encapsulation of one network protocol into another, in which the tunnel MTU is one of the key issues. This paper introduces a special IPv4-IPv6-Tunnel model, and focuses on its tunnel MTU discovery as well as the error reporting and processing mechanism. On the basis of transparency for IPv4 and IPv6 access networks, the paper analyzes and compares their respective tunnel MTU discover, process. A brief implementation of the model and some tunnel MTU experimentations are given. Finally it summarizes the model and its possible purposes. |
