复合抗静电剂在PP上的应用研究

摘    要:研究了非离子型经乙基脂肪胺与阴离子型脂肪酸盐复合抗静电剂对聚丙烯(PP)抗静电性能的影响。实验表明:该复合抗静电剂可改善非离子型经乙基脂肪胺抗静电效果对环境湿度的依赖程度、缩短样品表面电阻率平衡时间及提高抗静电能力,证实了当阴离子型脂肪酸盐用量达到复合抗静电剂总量的10%(质量分数)后,两者在抗静电效果上表现出显著的协同效应,并且对其机理进行了初步的探讨。

Abstract:The effect of a complex antistatic agent of non-ionic hydroxyethylated fatty amine and anionic alkyl sulphonate on the antistatic property of PP was studied. The results showed the dependence of the antistatic efficiency of non-ionic hydroxyethylated fatty amine on environmental humidity could be improved, and the surface resistivity equilibrium time for the specimen could also be shortened by using of the prepared complex antistatic agent, resulting in a improvement of the antistatic property of PP. It was verified that when the content of anionic alkyl sulphonate was over 10% by mass fraction in the compound, there had an obvious synergistic action in the antistatic efficiency for PP. A tentative study of the mechanism of the synergism was made.
