摘    要:本文论述了根据碱催化阴离子聚合原理、用液态原位聚合方法制备三维编织碳纤维尼龙复合材料的成型工艺过程,测试并分析了其力学性能及其成型过程中的主要影响因素.结果表明,该复合材料的性能明显优于长碳纤维尼龙复合材料.

Abstract:The molding technology of 3D braided carbon fiber/nylon (C 3D /PA for short) composites using liquid in-situ polymerization method is described. The mechanical properties of C 3D /PA composite are tested and analyzed. The main factors effecting molding process are discussed. It is found that the properties of C 3D /PA composites are better than those of long carbon fiber/nylon (C L/PA for short) composites
