绿色切削技术的框架结构及其选用

摘    要:随着绿色制造理论的不断成熟,绿色切削加工技术也应运而生。由于绿色切削技术种类繁多,企业状况也不尽相同,这就使得企业很难选择适合自己的切削技术。基于此,在研究国内外绿色切削加工技术现状的基础上,分析了各种切削加工方法的优点、缺点、技术特点及其适用范围,形成了一个简单、相对全面的方法库,以便制造企业依据各自的情况更好地选用切削加工方法,达到提高企业生产效益、减少资源消耗和环境污染的目的。

Abstract:As green manufacturing theory becomes matured increasingly,the green cutting technology also comes into being. As green cutting technology has a wide range and business conditions vary,it's difficult for enterprises to choose the technology of one's own. In the light of it,based on the research in the green cutting technology home and abroad,this paper analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,technical features and the application range of various cutting methods,and forms a simple and relatively comprehensive approach library,in order to make manufacturing enterprises better choose cutting methods in accordance with their respective situations to enhance their production efficiency,reduce resource consumption and environmental pollution.
